In the wake of his side’s narrow victory over Shrewsbury this evening, Mourinho answered questions which inevitably centred around the fitness of striker Diego Costa.Â
Chelsea have been without their main man up top for their last four games as he struggles with illness and an ongoing hamstring injury.
However, Mourinho revealed that he expected both Costa and midfielder Ramires to return for Chelsea’s local derby against QPR on Saturday.
He stated that, without any further complications, Diego Costa would be fit and ready to start the match which means so much to both sets of fans.

Diego Costa has scored nine goals in just seven starts for Chelsea while Ramires has got on with his job in a less spectacular but equally as important and effective manner.
Didier Drogba and Loic Remy have been filling in for the Spanish international frontman and got some goals for themselves, with Remy scoring against Maribor in the Champions League and Drogba bagging three goals in just seven days.
