Bremen have conceded 34 Goals so far this season and in January they are looking to buy a defender.
On their list is Nathan Aké, the 19 year old Chelsea defender is wanted by Werder Bremen. Until now AkĂ© only played 3 Games for Chelsea’s team and one game for Chelsea U21. He needs to play matches to get better and a loan to the Bundesliga would be a great experience for him.
Chelsea and Bremen have a good relationship since De Bruyne was on loan there. And this summer they also had a friendly game.
