Chelsea have reportedly offered Bayern Munich star Toni Kroos a bumper £125,000-per-week deal to ward off interest from Real Madrid and Manchester United.
According to London-based ‘Metro’, Chelsea are now favourites for the German international, who has rejected a new contract offer from the Bavarian giants. Chelsea have also made an offer of £15m to sign Kroos.
Metro also say that United and Real Madrid had made approaches for the German, but neither club can get close to Chelsea’s giant offer. Chelsea’s £6.5m-a-season deal achieves the terms that Kroos wants in his contract.
The report goes on to say that Kroos will make a decision on his future after the World Cup.
