The next award went to Paulo Ferreira who won this yearÂ’s Special Recognition award. He was presented the award by Seb Coe. The Portuguese defender was brought to the club in 2004 by Jose Mourinho and he left in 2013 after making just 141 appearances. Despite his lack of consistent appearances Paulo never complained and was a fans favourite for his contribution to the club as he was always ready to play when needed. A worthy winner of this award.

Finally, Eden Hazard is the Player Of The Year 2014. He was presented the award by manager Jose Mourinho. Hazard has had a great season with 17 goals and 7 assists in 48 appearances. He has also had some fantastic individual performances such as his hat trick against Newcastle when he helped the team win 3-0. HeÂ’s brought a lot to the team this season and with the massive potential he has, he will no doubt be even better next season.

Congratulations to all the players that won.
